Imagine collaborating with an insurance broker who informs you: "business owner, the health insurance for your employees will increase by 8% for the coming year".
The image below shows the change in health insurance rates for single workers and families from 2014 to 2024.

The employer has several traditional options:
Both the employer and worker split the increases 50-50.
Select plans with a high(er) deductible.
Downsize staff as a last resort to keep health insurance expenditures the same as the current period.
I omitted one option. How about the business finds a way to generate more revenue?
Since my corporate background is sales and business development, where the company had to hit its numbers, some of the solutions I have experience with are listed in this article titled: How to Get Clients: 16 Ways to Find (and Win) Your Dream Customers.
1. HELP YOUR CLIENTS FIND YOU
2. NETWORK LIKE A BOSS
3. NICHE DOWN (BUT NOT TOO FAR DOWN)

5. GUEST BLOG ON RELEVANT WEBSITES
6. GROW YOUR EMAIL LIST

9. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF JOB BOARDS
10. TURN ONE-OFF CLIENTS INTO REPEAT CUSTOMERS

I support all these methods except 4, 8, and 9. These three are expensive and passive, but the other thirteen methods are proactive.
